Shipping is a flat C$15 for the first item and C$5 per additional item to anywhere in Canada. We currently do not ship outside Canada through the online store, please contact us. Shipping is by FedEx Express or Purolator Air, whichever turns out to be more efficient and cost-effective to the destination postal code. Order received before 12pm Eastern on a business day will be shipped out the same business day (starting May 5th 2009). Any item can be returned for any reason within 15 business days of receipt for a refund of the item's original price, provided it is in as-new condition. The product box should also be included and should not be damaged or written on. Please contact us for return authorization first. Shipping cost is not refundable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. |
